FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR ORDERS? 
Our turnaround time for orders are anywhere from 3-5 business days. Please note  "business days"  are considered  Monday through Friday, and is not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions by the postal service. 
  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are based on your location. All shipping prices can be found at checkout when ordering.
    • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    Believemore Doubtless Apparel guarantees high quality on all our products and services. We will replace or refund you for any damaged/defective/ incorrect items you wish to return. If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not 100 percent happy with.
    Please note the following limitations on returns:
    1. Item must be returned within 5 days from date of purchase.
    2. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
    • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.  For example: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  At this time we don’t take  CASH, CHECKS or MONEY ORDERS.

    Simply Email us at shop@believemoredoubtless.com and we will gladly answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. Our customer service hours of operation  are Monday - Friday: 8AM – 6PM PST.
    • I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    We first want to apologize for the error with your order and we will correct this for you. In order to provide the best quality  and customer service, please report all issues with orders to shop@believemoredoubtless.com and someone will get back to you promptly.
    • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
    After placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Our shipping department then packs your items and ships them. Your credit card is charged once the order is shipped.
